How it all started...

Grandson’s Estate Sales and Liquidation’s understands that being an executor of an estate comes with many responsibilities. It all started when my father was faced with the overwhelming task of clearing out my grandmother's home after her passing. I could see that it would be difficult for my family members  to deal with this project when we all were grieving each day. It was definitely going to be overwhelming, and to know fault of our own, we didn't know any other way to dispose of the contents, yet have enough resources to look in every box, drawer, and cabinet.  We all had full time jobs and other family responsibilities and yet we had no quick solution. We needed to get the house ready for the realtor as soon as possible. With no quick plan in sight, it wasn't long until all of us were throwing valuable items into a 20ft dumpster. Thousands of dollars in items were tossed and lost forever. We believe that everything has potential value-even though you may think it's trash.

Later I realized that other families deal with the same situations and I could help prevent this from happening to other families during their difficult time.  Grandson's Estate Sales, LLC. was established soon thereafter, offering estate sale services to families that need assistance.
